Career and research aspirations:
Within the next five years, I aspire to finish my Degree in Agricultural Engineering and combine it with Agricultural Economics. Once I graduate I will seek a position at the
USDA and contribute in the best way I can, helping people and my Country. Ten years from now, I aspire to be a leader been in my area of work.

The last summer career experience at the USDA-AMS in Washington has given me another perspective of what might exert in the future and what branches or studies should
I study within the university to get the job I want. Having the knowledge in different subjects, can open more doors, and have more job options. This experience, made me
get enveloped more with economic and market issues. This was thanks to an excellent professional group of co-workers, who explained to me very well their role inside the
department. My goal is to give the best of me, and step by step strive for the maximum point of my career. My long-term goals for now, is graduate and become a
professional in my area, and contribute with my knowledge in any USDA agency.
